CAI-NH LAC UPDATE: Priority Lien Bill (HB-1340) has passed!

Thank you to everyone who helped to make this important legislation a reality.  There are only 13 states that have a Super Priority Lien law and now New Hampshire can join the others.  CAI-New Hampshire would like to especially thank the following people for their tireless efforts.  Without their dedication, such legislation would not have been addressed:

Representative William Infantine (R) and all of the members of the CAI-NH's Legislative Action Committee: Ed Michalosky, Thomas Ducharme, PCAM, Cal Davison, Deana Cowan, Janet Aronson, Esq., Gary Braun, Esq and Christopher Snow.

Again, thank you to everyone who helped in any manner.  Your efforts are greatly appreciated!
