2010 Chapter Board of Directors and Staff.
An 11-member CAI-NH Board of Directors consisting of volunteer leaders elected to serve 3-year terms determines the policies of the New Hampshire chapter and actively pursues the purposes and objectives of the chapter as defined by its strategic plan and mission statement from our National office.

Gary Braun, Esq. (Past-President)
 Gary has been a lawyer since 1988 and has been a partner at the Nashua law firm of Winer and Bennett, LLP since 1995. He has served on the board of Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Nashua for many years. Gary has been involved in CAI-NH as a member of the Program Committee, has helped with the Almost Free Legal programs and LAC, and was involved in planning for the November 2004 Chapter Expo.

Nancy Tewksbury (Treasurer)
Nancy is a homeowner, business manager and acting property manager of Edgewood Heights, a self-managed condominium in Concord. Prior to that, she served as business manager at the community. Before retiring in 2004, Nancy was secretary at the Conant Elementary School in Concord for 27 years. Before taking 10 years off to raise her two children, Nancy was an assistant to the registrar at the University of New Hampshire. She has also served on the Board of Governors of the United Way of Merrimack Country for the past six years, and been on its Allocation Committee for seven years, three of them as chairperson.

Jeffrey Robinson, CMCA (2011 President-Elect)
Jeff works as an Association Manager with Evergreen Management, Inc and works out of their Bedford, NH office; his portfolio currently consist of approximately 1,000 residential and commercial condominium Units. Jeff has been working with Condominium Associations for seven years and has seen the operation of Condominium Associations from several different view points, from Maintenance Tech, to outside contractor, to Association Manager. Jeff is a strong believer in continued education for all involved with Condominium Associations. Jeff holds the CMCA designation from CAI and is currently working to obtain further designations.

Cassandra Vorisek-Creto (Chapter Executive Director - Staff)
Prior to coming to CAI-NH, Cassandra had spent over 12 years in banking managing trusts and settling estates as well as being the owner of her own business. She also has served on the Board of Directors for a local charity in the Nashua area serving as its Treasurer for five of the six-years on its Board.

Edward Michalosky (NHLAC Chair)
 Ed was an insurance claims professional for 39 years and is the former owner of an insurance claims adjustment company, Suburban Adjustment. In addition, he has been an insurance industry speaker/panelist/case study moderator for educational programs pertaining to condominium casualty losses. Edward owns and manages munerous commercial real estate properties and residnetial condominiums and is a board members at Kings Court Condominium Association. He has been a chairman of the CAI-NH Program Committee for the past five years, was 2006 Vice President and is 2007 President-Elect.
Chris Snow
Chris is back once again serving on the Board of Directors of CAI-NH Chapter after taking last year off to serve as the Chairman of the Board for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New Hampshire. Chris is also a past President of CAI-NH and as been involved in the Chapter since 1992. Chris works for Bernier Insurance, whose specialty is Condominium Insurance.

Richard Grant
Mr. Grant has lived in a condominium development for almost 10 years and has been on the board almost that entire time. He has been on the Highland Woods Board of Directors since 1998 and has served as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer (current office). He also maintains the association’s website. He ran his own business for several years and understand finances, budgets, planning, and everything else it takes to run an association. He currently works at Lowe’s in Bedford as a Sales Specialist in Commercial Sales which has helped improve his skills and knowledge about buildings and repair issues.
Kenneth Sheppard
Foxfire Property Management, Inc.
Ken, is the Vice President of Residential Property Management and has been working in the property management industry for the past 22 years. He was active in CAI-NH in the late 1980's and early 1990's, chaired the managers committee and volunteered at many events. Ken has also served on several non-profit boards, past member of the planning board where he lives, and had served as President of the Board of Directors for his association. Foxfire Property Management, is a full service management company, which manages residential and commercial condominiums through out the state.
